AT&T Inc. will start limiting the internet download service up to 20 gigabytes per month for users. The country’s largest Internet service provider AT&T Inc. is trying the idea of limiting the amount of data that subscriber use each month. Such limits in the amount of data users can upload and download each month, as a way to curb small number of “bandwidth hogs” who use a lot of network capacity. The limit will increase with the speed of the plan up to 150 gigabytes per month at the 10 megabits per second level. According to AT&T Inc. the limits will apply to new customers in the Reno area and the current users will be enrolled if they exceed 150 gigabytes in a month Two other ISP, Time Warner Cable Inc. and Fair Point Communication Inc. are also planning for traffic limits as low as 5 gigabytes per month. Customers will be able to track their usage on an AT&T web site and the company will also contact people who reach 80% of their limit and whoever exceeds their limit they will pay $1 per gigabyte.
The internet accessibility given to the users is very utilizable hence; the ones who use it in a huge amount should be willing to pay extra for the facility. $1 per gigabyte is not a large amount and people who use internet to such extent must be able to afford it. Also in a business perspective, it would be profitable to the companies to be able to charge these users

Zodiac Sign ....Scorpio
I believe in astrology. I am little bit superstitious.
My zodiac sign is Scorpio. I want to share what i know about my zodiac sign (Scorpio)
Scorpio is the sign of powerful emotional desire, and Scorpios are generally strong and willful. They are very serious in whatever they involve themselves, they rarely take matters lightly. They stick with a situation not only until it is done but also until it is done just right. They are demanding of themselves and others, but when they give their heart to someone they are very loyal. They are committed to anything they do.
Scorpios are generally a loyal and honest person. They tend to bury their insecurities rather than confront them, and become introverted as a result. . Others find them a bit secretive and shocking sometimes, and they like others to think that they are a dangerous person who is willing to take risks, but they are most likely not.
Scorpios are possessive, jealous, and sometimes violent. The sign Scorpio is ruled by Mars and Pluto. The opposite sign to Scorpio is Taurus.
The life of Scorpio is challenging, there’ll never be dull moments.

First Culture shock in US
I always had the perception in mind that I would have a culture shock if I went to country besides mine, but I guess it’s not only me, it’s also for the people around me, their culture and their social background. my way here to the United States I kept thinking that I would differ from the people around here, and that it would be hard for me to adjust because of the way of living, the culture, the social background, and the way of judging.
When I first reached Lamoni, Iowa and was waiting for the international department staff from the University to come pick me, I had strange feeling. It was strange because I had a completely different picture in mind of what the place would be like, but instead I saw people dressed in blue pants and white shirt, riding on horse wagon and as they passed by me they nodded their head and had a smile on their face. It seemed funny to me because United States is the leading county in technology and fashion and people were still riding on horse wagon and wore simple plain dress. Later did I know that they were the Amish people and where best known for simple living, plain dress, and resting modern convenience, but at first I had mixed gestures regarding their nodding and wondered on whether they were smiling on the way I was dressed up or were they categorizing me because I seemed different I did not know what to do and just stared on to them because back home sometimes it may be considered offensive to others, as it may also be considered as looking down on to the person or even judging the person. Overall I would like to say that it was a totally new introduction of the United states to me.

Bad habit
Smoking is one of the most discussed topics in the world today. The main concern about smoking is that, it brings along several diseases, and also creates an unhealthy environment for the people around it. The cost of smoking in terms of health has a serious impact in the society today. . There are chances of several fatal diseases a smoker is likely to suffer from in comparison to a non-smoker sooner.
Today among the new generation, there are various social impacts and influences caused by smoking. Parents who smoke influence their children too, as children grow up in their parent’s social and cultural influence. In other words children whose parents smoke are more likely to smoke than children with a non-smoking parent. Smoking has also been a trend among the teens in the current generation, mostly among the high school students during a party or their social gathering. Nearly three thousand people die each year due to second-hand smoke. Smokers are most likely characterized to be negative by most of the people.
Although smoking and the health risks caused by it has been a serious issue, people tend to take it very lightly, usually smokers.
In my opinion, smoking is a bad habit and there should be several strict laws, rules and regulation, and education implied in school and colleges for its awareness.

Carrer in Accounting
There's a lot to get out of a career in accounting. Perhaps most important is that you will learn how business works. Accounting is the perfect program for people who like to work with numbers. Individuals who specialize in this area are generally good at math and very detail oriented.
The field of accounting offers stimulating and challenging work that is constantly evolving. Because accountants spend a lot of time looking under the hoods of businesses they really learn how business works. It's no surprise that many successful players in business began their careers as accountants. It's also no surprise that most Chief Financial Officers of large corporations have a background in accounting. An accountant is perfectly positioned to become a CFO because he or she probably has the best understanding of what drives business and profits in a company. The field of accounting has seen constant technological and intellectual innovation in recent decades. I think this is one of the best major subjects a freshman can choose in this economy, and people with a background of accounting are in demand.

Yahoo's Affiliation with Amazon
One latest news about yahoo is that yahoo is trying to provide ease to its customers by allowing them to tap to third party service. In the world of internet, users are always trying to simplify their online experience. Users would prefer to go to one site that would give them access to different third party services where they would be able to listen to songs, watch movies or shop online. With the availability of a website that not only allows them to check their email, but also connect to other third party services, send photo albums, etc. it would definitely be convenient for the users to log into one website rather than go to several different websites. As yahoo is using its webpage to not only provide convenient services like email and the ability to send photo albums through user’s inbox, it is also providing users with the ability to go to third party services. Users would be able to shop through their website by going to Amazon.com, order movies online by going to Netflix. This will impact IT by opening a new technology which is convenient to online users, hence resulting in a boost in the number of internet users.

Unique tradition
Nepal is a hindu country. Majority of Nepalese follow hinduism. One of the unique aspect of this religion is goddess KUMARI. She is an actual living goddess, worshiped by nepalese as the incarnation of a diety transformed into a physical human body.
A girl in the age between four to seven years , who belong to specific caste( tribe) with a appropriate horoscope is selected to become KUMARI on the basis of her thirty- two attributes of perfection , including color of eye, shape of teeth, flawless skin ( without anu cuts) nice voice, etc etc.
After becoming KUMARI , the girl is taken into a traditional home which is especially designed for KUMARI's. She has to live in total isolation from her family and society, no formal education is given .She has to dress in red and paint third eye in her forehead.
Thousands of people gather to see the living goddess and to seek the blessings from her in special occasions.
Her(Kumari) godhood comes to an end with her first menstruation. She is no longer considered goddess after that. It is believed that she becomes mortal and turns into normal human being again. Saddest part is , it is said to be unlucky to marry an Ex- KUMARI. And again, search for new KUMARI will begin.
It is one of the oldest tradition that still continues to this day in Nepal.

Soda: Thirst quencher or slow poison
I want to share real secret of carbonated drinks with you all. Carbonated drink is like a mixture of spoon of poison with a glass of water. This poison goes by many brand names such as coca-cola,pepsi,Dr. pepper etc etc.
The United States ranks first among countries in soft drink consuption because of the excessive advertisement. Companies spend millions of dollar on promotional activities. The other reason is due to its cheap price. Retailers sell them for less than dollar a bottle.
People drink carbonated soda to quench their thirst but in real it dehydrates your body. These kinds of soft drinks are unsafe to our health . It contains very hazardeous chemicals . This is the main cause for dangerous diseases like obesity, tooth decay, heart disease, kidney stones, esophageal cancer due to chemicals like phosphate, caffine, sugar and artificial colorings.
So, it is important to be aware of the harmful effects of such beverage. All i can suggest you is to try less consumption of soda, drink water instead. It will benefit yout health and wallet.

Something about Buddhism
Buddha was born in an ancient place called Lumbini, in Nepal on the date, 640 B.C, the only child of King Soddodhan and Queen Maya Devi. Buddha was named Siddhartha at the time of his birth. He was a royalty and the future King. There is a myth associated with his birth. It was said that during the time when Buddha entered the world the gods themselves prepared the way before him with different signs. Flowers bloomed and gentle rains fell, although out of season; heavenly music was heard, delicious scents filled the air. It is said that his body had many auspicious marks which showed his future greatness. His mother passed away 7 days after his birth.
On the birth of the child, Siddhartha, the astrologers predicted to his father that the child, on attaining manhood, would become either a universal monarch or abandon his kingdom and would assume the robe of a monk and become a Buddha, a perfectly enlightened soul, for the salvation of mankind. At the age of twenty-nine, Siddhartha Gautama suddenly abandoned his palace to devote himself entirely to spiritual pursuits and Yogic practices. The sight of an old man, a sick man, a corpse and a monk finally induced Siddhartha to renounce the world. He felt that he also would become a prey to old age, disease and death. Also, he noticed the dynamic personality of the monk. He thought to himself that he would go beyond the miseries of this worldly life by renouncing this world of miseries and sorrows. He thought, he is also a subject to decay and not free from the effect of old age. This worldly happiness is transitoryGautama left for ever his home, wealth, power, father, wife and his child. He shaved his head and dressed as a monk to find the solution.he determined to undertake Yogic practices. He practiced severe breathing control techniques. He determined to attain the supreme peace by practicing self-mortification. He started meditating with strong determination to find the solution. He came out victorious with full illumination. He attained Nirvana(eternal peace). His heart was filled with profound mercy and compassion. He was enlightened.
Lord Buddha preached that we will have to find out the cause of sorrow and the way to escape from it. The desire for sensual enjoyment and clinging to earthly life is the cause of sorrow. If we can eradicate desire, all sorrows and pains will come to an end. We will enjoy Nirvana or eternal peace. He put down Eight Fold Paths, and one who follows it will be free of sorrow. This is the basic teachings of Buddhism. It is also know as practical religion because it is based upon the reality of life.
Buddha was a benevolent man and his teachings are all around the world today. He is a savior, an inspirer and a redeemer

Something about Hinduism
It was the morning of April 1999; I took the trip to the northwestern part of Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, at one of the holiest temple of Kathmandu named Pashupati Nath, which is the oldest Hindu pilgrim site. Visiting the temple of Pashupati Nath had been my dream since I was in school, also learned that it is included in the list of world cultural heritage and had open access of Hindu cremation site. My intention had been to start with life, to worship and to witness death. . This temple is regarded as one of the most important place of pilgrimages for the followers of Hinduism. The temple is barred to non Hindus. I, being Hindu had never been there before. I reached at the center of the temple where Bagmati River flows and the bank of Bagmati River was Hindu cremation place. I saw a cremation pyre. Suddenly, I heard mourning, death body wrapped with yellow cloth was about to be cremated. A tall man with a long wooden log was standing beside the corpse. He lit the wooden log and put fire on the corpse as priest chanted prayers. That tall man bended down and started sobbing. I couldn’t resist my heart that was the first time I have ever seen dead body cremated. After some time, in the funeral platform body was burnt, nothing but ashes were left. That tall man stood up slowly, gathered ashes and sprinkled them into the water of Bagmati River.
When I first thought about Pashupati temple all I cared about was to appreciate the holiest site of hindu temple and take a glance of Bagmati river as well. However it made me realized that Pashupati temple is pure and sacred and Hindus get salvation if they are cremated there after their death. I have heard about the funeral process but that day I witnessed how Hindus are cremated as a part of an ancient ritual in a holy place. Being Hindu , after I die , I will be cremated and my ashes will be spread in holy Bagmati river , eventually I will end up nowhere but in Bagmati river and I will be released from cycle of repeated birth and death.
